Over the weekend we put Dads ashes to final rest in a very beautiful garden cemetery in Christchurch next to his best buddy and golfing mate of some 58 years. There after followed much beer and wine drinking and a meal of his favorite foods.
Clockwise , ham off the bone (with Colmans bloody hot mustard) , newly dug potato with melted butter, Mums famous bean salad, orange jelly with grated carrot and pineapple, pickled beet root set in blackberry jelly and finally, cucumber and mint set in a lime jelly.
